THE BOOK CORNER

Sermons From the National Cathedral
by Samuel T. Lloyd III

This is a brilliant, touching and inspirational view of Christianity and its meaning for the contemporary world. Dr. Lloyd writes on a level that is easy to comprehend. He offers obtainable guideposts for living a devotional life and developing a meaningful relationship with the God who wants to know and love all of us. His language and his examples are poetic and Illuminating. You can almost hear him speak these words from the pulpit. Each chapter is short and can be taken as food for meditation and growth.
