By T. Colin Campbell

I really enjoy the work of T Colin Campbell. In this book, Dr. Campbell pulls no punches. I appreciate his honesty and his desire to share with the public all the political hurdles that get in the way of telling people the simple truth: eat whole food plant-based  in order to maximize your health and prevent/reverse most chronic conditions. You would think that such a simple message would easily be spread but it's not the case. This book tells you why in great details. It's a great and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in plant-based nutrition.
