Jessica Cain In Concert
On March 28, 2010, St. Monica's hosted a concert of spiritual
and gospel music. The concert featured the highly acclaimed
soprano, Jessica Cain. She has performed with the Heritage
Choral for their first Black History program, the guest
soloist for the the Choral Club of Hartford and many other
concerts in Connecticut, New York and Florida. Her piano
accompanist was Nathaniel Baker, a gifted musician, who
is the music director of St. Monica's Church.
Easter Breakfast
The Young Adult Ministry hosted a breakfast on Easter Morning (Sunday, April 4, 2010) between the 6:00 a.m. and 10:30 services. Members of the congregation donated items for the breakfast.
